The User may be requested to provide their personal data whenever they are in contact with VSF - Smoke Free®.

The User is not obliged to provide the requested personal data, but if you choose not to do so, we will often be unable to provide our products or services, or respond to any queries you may have.

Use of the Customer’s personal data

The VSF - Smoke Free® website may use "cookies" and other technologies, such as pixel tags and web beacons. These technologies help us to better understand user behaviour, indicate which parts of our websites people have visited, and facilitate and measure the effectiveness of advertisements and web searches.

These companies are obligated to protect the Customer’s data and may be located anywhere VSF - Smoke Free® operates its business activities.

Children under the age of 16, or the equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdictions, are not permitted to contact or purchase products from VSF - Smoke Free®.
