Book your appointment: Once you receive your voucher code, schedule your session (booking instructions will be sent via email immediately after purchase).
Redeem on the day: Please present your voucher code upon arrival on the day of your appointment.

Vouchers are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, except in the event of a date change or cancellation of the treatment under the responsibility of VSF - Smoke Free.

The scheduling of the treatment may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of VSF - Smoke Free.

In the event that you are unable to attend your previously scheduled treatment, you must:

Cancel the appointment at least 48 hours in advance;

If the reason for absence is a justifiable case of force majeure, you must contact us, even if at the time of the appointment, to inform us of your inability to attend.
Failure to comply with these conditions may result in the cancellation of the voucher.
